The renovation is going to take a while. Most likely longer than I expect. Most of the things will be done by myself, except for the main construction works, which will be done by my neighbours. I still have a few software projects going on and in my spare time I am working on the renovation.

The current space is full of junk and a bit of useful materials.

The new studio will consist out of two spaces downstairs and one in the roof. I have to throw away all the junk and create a storage for the things I want to keep. Since I have a small house, I don’t have extra storage available. So I decided to buy a garden cabin. I started this week to prepare the space for this cabin.

Aiko finds it very interesting 🙂

Next week the base will be made of concrete for the cabin. I roughly prepared the area (with hand tools only).

And when that is finished this cabin will be delivered by crane. I get a free 5 ltr. bucket of paint with it. Usually they come as a kit, but this one is built already!
